Two weeks ago, Welsh Government declared that it had chosen to use the system over its own web portal.
But using the UK government site to book a test at a drive-through centre in Wales was not immediately available.
The UK government portal confirmed on Saturday that appointments were still available at drive through test centres in Wales.
